I'm a little stuck... Click here to teach me more about this clue!

This clue could be a double definition.

'morsels of choc-ices are' is the first definition.
Although both the answer and definition are singular nouns, I can't understand how one could define the other.

'nice' is the second definition.
Both the definition and answer are adjectives. Maybe they are linked in a way I don't understand?

'very' is the link.

Can you help me to learn more?

(Other definitions for choice that I've seen before include "Very good" , "Act or power of selecting" , "Select" , "Top quality" , "'Option, alternative (6)'" .)

I've seen this clue in the Evening Standard.
