Not interested in IT? (7)
I believe the answer is:
asexual
'not interested in' is the definition.
Both the definition and answer are adjectives. Perhaps they are linked in a way I don't understand?
'it?' is the wordplay.
I cannot quite understand how this works, but
'it?' could be 'sex' ('it' is a common euphemism for sex) and 'sex' is located in the answer.
This may be the basis of the clue (or it may be nonsense).
Can you help me to learn more?
(Other definitions for asexual that I've seen before include "Neuter" , "Without functioning organs of reproduction" , "Lacking in lust" , "Spurning Congress" , "Type of reproduction" .)
