Crossword Genius

Agitate a liquid container (5)

Ross

I believe the answer is:

churn

I'm a little stuck... Click here to teach me more about this clue!

This clue might be a double definition.

'agitate' is the first definition.
(I've seen this in another clue)

'a liquid container' is the second definition.
'churn' can be an answer for 'container' (churn is a kind of container). I am not certain of the 'a liquid' bit.

Can you help me to learn more?

(Other definitions for churn that I've seen before include "There may be agitation in this" , "Kind of barrel in which butter in made" , "Butter-making machine" , "Shake" , "Large metal milk container" .)

I've seen this clue in The Globe and Mail.
