Angry, like baby being carried? (2,2,4)
I believe the answer is:
up in arms
'angry' is the definition.
(I've seen this in another clue)
'baby being carried?' is the wordplay.
I cannot really see how this works, but
'being' could be 'pi' (PI is an example) and 'pi' is present in the answer.
The remaining letters 'unarms' is a valid word which might be clued in a way I don't see.
This explanation may well be incorrect...
'like' is the link.
Can you help me to learn more?
(Other definitions for up in arms that I've seen before include "Outraged" , "being angry" , "Indignant" , "held like a small child" , "Weapons expert should be" .)
