(I've seen this before)
'big ape's intro' is the wordplay.
I cannot quite see how this works, but
'big ape' could be 'kong' (I've seen this in another clue) and 'kong' is found in the answer.
The remaining letters 'me' is a valid word which might be clued in a way I don't understand.
