Bread articles placed end to end (4)
I believe the answer is:
naan
'bread' is the definition.
(I've seen this before)
'articles placed end to end' is the wordplay.
I cannot quite understand how this works, but
'articles' could be 'aan' (two indefinite articles) and 'aan' is located in the answer.
A single letter 'n' remains which might be clued in a way I don't understand.
This may be the basis of the clue (or it may be nonsense).
Can you help me to learn more?
(Other definitions for naan that I've seen before include "Indian type of bread" , "Indian flat bread" , "Slightly leavened bread" , "foreign food" , "Indian food" .)
