Chill drink, punches at Esky, plus one cocktail (4,2,4)
I believe the answer is:
take it easy
'chill' is the definition.
Although both the answer and definition are verbs in their base form, I don't understand how they can define each other.
'drink punches at esky plus one cocktail' is the wordplay.
I cannot quite understand how this works, but
'drink' could be 'tea' (tea is a drink) and 'tea' is located in the answer.
'one' could be 'i' (Roman numeral) and 'i' is found in the answer.
an anagram of 'esky' is 'kesy' which is within the remaining letters.
The remaining letters 'ta' is a valid word which might be clued in a way I don't see.
This explanation may well be incorrect...
