Ross

I believe the answer is:

sleight

I'm a little stuck... Click here to teach me more about this clue!

'dexterity' is the definition.
(I know that dexterity can be written as sleight)

'concealing the key with a little' is the wordplay.
I cannot quite see how this works, but
'the' could be 't' (the is pronounced as a 't' sound in some dialects) and 't' is located in the answer.
'key' could be 'g' (musical key) and 'g' is present in the answer.
'little' could be 'l' (abbreviation for little) and 'l' is located in the answer.
This explanation may well be incorrect...

(Other definitions for sleight that I've seen before include "Trickery" , "Tricky cunning" , "Skilful deception" , "Cunning action" , "Handy skill" .)

I've seen this clue in the Evening Standard.
