I believe the answer is:

sauna

I'm a little stuck... Click here to teach me more about this clue!

'a bit hot there' is the definition.
I know that 'hot' relates to this answer.

'cook lifting cep from saucepan it's' is the wordplay.
I cannot quite understand how this works, but
'it' could be 'sa' (old-fashioned abbreviation for sex appeal) and 'sa' is found in the answer.
The remaining letters 'una' is a valid word which might be clued in a way I don't understand.
This explanation may well be incorrect...

(Other definitions for sauna that I've seen before include "Sweat room" , "Steam-bath" , "Finnish-style bath" , "Type of bath" , "A Scandinavian steam bath" .)

I've seen this clue in The Irish Times.
