Ross

I believe the answer is:

ruins

I'm a little stuck... Click here to teach me more about this clue!

'dilapidated buildings' is the definition.
(I've seen this before)

'currently moves round one group' is the wordplay.
I cannot quite understand how this works, but
'one' could be 'i' (Roman numeral) and 'i' is found within the answer.
'moves' could be 'runs' (run is a kind of move) and 'runs' is located in the remaining letters.
This accounts for all the letters.
This explanation may well be incorrect...

'of' is the link.

Can you help me to learn more?

(Other definitions for ruins that I've seen before include "Damages irreparably" , "Broken-down remnants" , "Remains to be seen" , "Mars" , "Derelict remains of building" .)

I've seen this clue in The Irish Independent.
