procrastination

I'm a little stuck... Click here to teach me more about this clue!

'deferral' is the definition.
(I've seen this before)

'favourable credit on wine country' is the wordplay.
'favourable credit' becomes 'procr' (I can't justify this - if you can you should believe this answer much more).
'on' means one lot of letters go next to another.
'wine' becomes 'asti' (I've seen this before).
'country' becomes 'nation' ('nation' can be a synonym of 'country').
'procr'+'asti'+'nation'='PROCRASTINATION'

'of' is the link.

(Other definitions for procrastination that I've seen before include "Delaying or postponement of action" , "Deferral" , "Delaying behaviour" , "Time-wasting" , "Dilly-dallying" .)

I've seen this clue in The Independent.
