I believe the answer is:

shower

I'm a little stuck... Click here to teach me more about this clue!

'disorganised' is the definition.
Both the answer and definition are verbs in their base form.
Perhaps they are linked in a way I don't understand?

'mob one involved in demonstration?' is the wordplay.
I cannot really understand how this works, but
'demonstration?' could be 'show' (demonstration is a kind of show) and 'show' is present in the answer.
The remaining letters 'er' is a valid word which might be clued in a way I don't understand.
This explanation may well be incorrect...

Can you help me to learn more?

(Other definitions for shower that I've seen before include "One exhibiting" , "Light rainfall" , "Incompetent group" , "Fall of rain; slack people (slang)" , "A brief fall of rain or a cleansing spray" .)

I've seen this clue in The Times.
