Districts in which there's a reason not to get ahead? (5)
I believe the answer is:
areas
'districts in' is the definition.
'areas' can be an answer for 'districts' (I've seen this in another clue). I'm unsure of the 'in' bit.
I don't understand the rest of the clue.
Can you help me to learn more?
(Other definitions for areas that I've seen before include "Places" , "Zones" , "Geographical regions" , "Localities" , "Spaces covered by two-dimensional surfaces" .)
