Everybody has the right to get somewhere (5)
I believe the answer is:
reach
'get somewhere' is the definition.
'reach' can be an answer for 'get' (reaching is a kind of getting). I am unsure of the 'somewhere' bit.
'everybody has the right' is the wordplay.
'everybody' becomes 'each' (I can't explain this - if you can you should believe this answer much more).
'has' means one lot of letters go next to another.
'the right' becomes 'r' (common abbreviation).
'each' put after 'r' is 'REACH'.
'to' is the link.
Can you help me to learn more?
(Other definitions for reach that I've seen before include "Open stretch of water" , "Arrive at a point" , "bay" , "Get as far as" , "Arrive at the destination" .)
