Exactly what is needed in employment (4,3,3)
I believe the answer is:
just the job
'exactly what is needed' is the definition.
(I've seen this before)
'employment' is the wordplay.
I cannot quite see how this works, but
'employment' could be 'job' ('job' can be a synonym of 'employment') and 'job' is located in the answer.
This explanation may well be incorrect...
'in' is the link.
Can you help me to learn more?
(Other definitions for just the job that I've seen before include "The very thing" , "Exactly what was required" , "fine!" , "Exact requirement" , "The position is all" .)
