I believe the answer is:

weary

I'm a little stuck... Click here to teach me more about this clue!

'exhausted' is the definition.
(I've seen this in another clue)

'inclined to blaspheme when losing head' is the wordplay.
I cannot really see how this works, but
'head' could be 'ear' (I have seen 'Head of corn' mean 'ear' so perhaps 'head' could also mean 'ear') and 'ear' is found in the answer.
This explanation may well be incorrect...

'and' acts as a link.

Can you help me to learn more?

(Other definitions for weary that I've seen before include "Physically and mentally fatigued" , "Flagging" , "Tired - bored" , "Whacked" , "Enervated" .)

I've seen this clue in The Independent.
