I cannot really understand how this works, but
'queen' could be 'r' (abbreviation for regina, e.g. in ER ) and 'r' is located in the answer.
'featured' could be 'had' ('have' can be a synonym of 'feature') and 'had' is present in the leftover letters.
'hit' could be 'bop' (bopping is a kind of hitting) and 'bop' is present in the answer.
This accounts for all the letters.
This explanation may well be incorrect...
