Get there and back in time - right after six (6)
I believe the answer is:
arrive
'get there' is the definition.
(I've seen this in another clue)
'back in time right after six' is the wordplay.
I cannot quite understand how this works, but
'right' could be 'ar' (I've seen this in other clues) and 'ar' is located in the answer.
The remaining letters 'rive' is a valid word which might be clued in a way I don't understand.
This explanation may well be incorrect...
'and' is the link.
Can you help me to learn more?
(Other definitions for arrive that I've seen before include "Drop in" , "Reach destination or desired position" , "(Of time) come about" , "To gain recognition" , "Reach one's destination" .)
