Gets angry – sure is worried and in a panic (6,2)
I believe the answer is:
flares up
'gets angry' is the definition.
(I've seen this before)
'sure is worried and in a panic' is the wordplay.
I cannot quite see how this works, but
an anagram of 'sure' is 'resu' which is within the answer.
'a' is within the answer.
This explanation may well be incorrect...
Can you help me to learn more?
(Other definitions for flares up that I've seen before include "when signs of distress are seen?" , "gets angry" .)
