I believe the answer is:

This clue is a quintuple definition!!
'getting in the way' is the first definition.
'routine' can be an answer for 'way' (thesaurus). I'm not certain of the 'getting in the' bit.
'all' is the second definition.
Both the definition and answer are adjectives. Maybe you can see an association between them that I don't see?
