Give information in flyer after shop is planned (10)

I believe the answer is:
deliberate
'planned' is the definition.
(I've seen this before)
'give information in flyer after shop is' is the wordplay.
I cannot really see how this works, but
'information' could be 'i' (common abbreviation for information) and 'i' is found in the answer.
'shop' could be 'rat' (both can mean to betray someone) and 'rat' is present in the answer.
'is' could be 'be' and 'be' is found within the answer.
The remaining letters 'dele' is a valid word which might be clued in a way I don't see.
This explanation may well be incorrect...
Can you help me to learn more?
(Other definitions for deliberate that I've seen before include "Purposeful" , "Done intentionally" , "Done consciously" , "muse" , "Calculated - think carefully" .)
