I believe the answer is:

speak up

I'm a little stuck... Click here to teach me more about this clue!

'have' is the definition.
(thesaurus)

'your say firmly in a high voice?' is the wordplay.
I cannot quite understand how this works, but
'say' could be 'speak' (I've seen this before) and 'speak' is found in the answer.
'high' could be 'up' ('up' is associated in meaning with 'high') and 'up' is located in the answer.
No letters remain.
This explanation may well be incorrect...

Can you help me to learn more?

(Other definitions for speak up that I've seen before include "Raise one's voice" , "give opinions boldly" , "Make oneself heard" , "Talk louder, can't hear you" , "Raise your voice - can't hear you" .)

I've seen this clue in the Evening Standard.
