Having the flavour of the seasons (6)
I believe the answer is:
spiced
'having the' is the definition.
I can't judge whether this defines the answer.
'flavour of the seasons' is the wordplay.
I cannot really see how this works, but
'flavour' could be 'spice' (spicing is a kind of flavouring) and 'spice' is found within the answer.
A single letter 'd' remains which might be clued in a way I don't see.
This explanation may well be incorrect...
Can you help me to learn more?
(Other definitions for spiced that I've seen before include "Seasoned with aromatic ingredients" , "Flavoured with such as nutmeg" , "Flavoured with additives from plant substances or seeds" , "hot, with reference to food" , "Treated with things that add zest, as to food" .)
