Inclination to talk hypocritically (4)

Ross

I believe the answer is:

cant

I'm a little stuck... Click here to teach me more about this clue!

This clue might be a double definition.

'inclination' is the first definition.
(I've seen this before)

'talk hypocritically' is the second definition.
'cant' can be an answer for 'talk' (I have seen 'Insincere talk' mean 'cant' so perhaps 'talk' could also mean 'cant'). I am not sure about the 'hypocritically' bit.

'to' acts as a link.

Can you help me to learn more?

(Other definitions for cant that I've seen before include "Hypocritical speech" , "Affected piety" , "Inclination" , "Insincere talk; slope" , "Insincerity" .)

I've seen this clue in The Globe and Mail and The Guardian.
