Land in America (6)
I believe the answer is:
realty
This might be a double definition.
'land' is the first definition.
(I've seen this in another clue)
'america' is the second definition.
Although both the answer and definition are singular nouns, I don't see how they can define each other.
'in' acts as a link.
Can you help me to learn more?
(Other definitions for realty that I've seen before include "Property ownership in the US" , "Lyrate (anag.)" , "American real estate" , "Immovable property" , "Property legally" .)
