(I've seen this before)

'solvers no good one hesitates to say?' is the wordplay.
I cannot really understand how this works, but
'solvers' could be 'you' (the person or people solving the crossword) and 'you' is present in the answer.
'no' could be 'n' (common abbreviation) and 'n' is found within the answer.
'good' could be 'g' (abbreviation) and 'g' is found within the answer.
The remaining letters 'er' is a valid word which might be clued in a way I don't understand.
This explanation may well be incorrect...
