Less well behaved; more like Fanny Adams? (9)
I believe the answer is:
naughtier
'less well behaved' is the definition.
(I've seen this before)
'more like fanny adams?' is the wordplay.
I cannot really see how this works, but
'more like' could be 'ier' ('y' can be similar in meaning to 'like') and 'ier' is found within the answer.
The remaining letters 'naught' is a valid word which might be clued in a way I don't see.
This explanation may well be incorrect...
Can you help me to learn more?
(Other definitions for naughtier that I've seen before include "More badly behaved" , "More mischievous" , "Less well behaved" , "more unruly" , "Worse" .)
