Managed projects, each one in seconds? (3)
I believe the answer is:
ran
'managed' is the definition.
(both can mean organised or was in charge of)
'projects each one in seconds?' is the wordplay.
I cannot really understand how this works, but
'one' could be 'an' (an apple is one apple) and 'an' is found within the answer.
A single letter 'r' remains which might be clued in a way I don't understand.
This may be the basis of the clue (or it may be nonsense).
Can you help me to learn more?
(Other definitions for ran that I've seen before include "travelled fast" , "Hastened" , "Entered (a race)" , "Flowed" , "Entered an election or managed" .)
