Mention how to rear children (5,2)
![Ross](/clue/static/ross-mug.min.png)
I believe the answer is:
bring up
This might be a double definition.
'mention how' is the first definition.
'bring up' can be an answer for 'mention' (bringing up is a kind of mentioning). I'm not sure about the 'how' bit.
'rear children' is the second definition.
'bring up' can be an answer for 'rear' (synonyms). I am not certain of the 'children' bit.
'to' is the link.
Can you help me to learn more?
(Other definitions for bring up that I've seen before include "Rear, or raise for discussion" , "Lively Baroque dance" , "train" , "Rear like child, or mention for discussion" , "Raise the issue (in two ways!)" .)
