No sport for the amateur (1,6,4)
I believe the answer is:
a paying game
'no' is the definition.
I don't know anything about this answer so I can't tell whether this works.
'sport for the amateur' is the wordplay.
I cannot quite see how this works, but
'sport' could be 'game' (I've seen this before) and 'game' is located in the answer.
'amateur' could be 'a' and 'a' is found in the answer.
The remaining letters 'paying' is a valid word which might be clued in a way I don't understand.
This explanation may well be incorrect...
