Numerous attractive men have large amounts (6)
I believe the answer is:
chunks
'large amounts' is the definition.
Although both the answer and definition are plural nouns, I cannot see how they can define each other.
'numerous attractive men' is the wordplay.
I cannot really understand how this works, but
'men' could be 'hunks' (hunk is a kind of man) and 'hunks' is located in the answer.
A single letter 'c' remains which might be clued in a way I don't understand.
This may be the basis of the clue (or it may be nonsense).
'have' is the link.
Can you help me to learn more?
(Other definitions for chunks that I've seen before include "Thick pieces as of pineapple" , "Lumps, clods" , "Thick solid pieces of something" , "Thick pieces or lumps" .)
