Ross

I believe the answer is:

stunt man

I'm a little stuck... Click here to teach me more about this clue!

'movie star?' is the definition.
The definition and answer can be both people as well as being singular nouns.
Perhaps they are linked in a way I don't understand?

'one often falling' is the wordplay.
I cannot really understand how this works, but
'one' could be 'un' (northern English dialect form of 'one') and 'un' is found within the answer.
This explanation may well be incorrect...

'for' is the link.

Can you help me to learn more?

(Other definitions for stunt man that I've seen before include "Someone paid to act dangerously" , "Film daredevil" , "He takes a star's place at dangerous moments in filming" , "Double for a film's dangerous scenes" , "Movie star's double" .)

I've seen this clue in The Sun.
