Part of government occupying ground in London? (5)
I believe the answer is:
lords
'ground in london?' is the definition.
'lords' can be an answer for 'ground' (I've seen this before). I am not certain of the 'in london?' bit.
I don't understand how the rest of the clue works.
Can you help me to learn more?
(Other definitions for lords that I've seen before include "Peers - setting for many an 6 test" , "London cricket ground" , "London sports ground" , "Test cricket ground" , "Titled peers of the realm" .)
