feverfew

'not many associated with disease' is the wordplay.
'not many' becomes 'few' (similar in meaning).
'associated with' is a charade indicator (letters next to each other).
'disease' becomes 'fever'.
'few' after 'fever' is 'FEVERFEW'.

(Another definition for feverfew that I've seen is " Medicinal plant".)
