I cannot quite understand how this works, but
'routine' could be 'rut' (being stuck in a rut is being stuck in a routine) and 'rut' is found within the answer.
'energy' could be 'e' (physics symbol as in E=mc2) and 'e' is located in the answer.
This explanation may well be incorrect...
