I believe the answer is:

'possible sound' is the definition.
'atishoo' can be an answer for 'sound' (I have seen 'Sound of sneeze' mean 'atishoo' so perhaps 'sound' could also mean 'atishoo'). I'm unsure of the 'possible' bit.
