Properly repaired at last? That's rich! (4-6)
I believe the answer is:
well-heeled
'rich' is the definition.
(I know that rich can be written as well-heeled)
'properly repaired at last?' is the wordplay.
I cannot quite see how this works, but
'repaired' could be 'heeled' (heeling is a kind of repairing) and 'heeled' is found within the answer.
The remaining letters 'well' is a valid word which might be clued in a way I don't understand.
This may be the basis of the clue (or it may be nonsense).
'that's' acts as a link.
Can you help me to learn more?
(Other definitions for well-heeled that I've seen before include "Prosperous, rich" , "Wealthy" , "Comfortably off" , "Affluent" .)
