Readily available: married, it's inferred? (3,3,5)
I believe the answer is:
off-the-shelf
'readily available' is the definition.
(I've seen this before)
'married it's inferred?' is the wordplay.
I cannot really understand how this works, but
'it's' could be 'es' ('e' can mean 'electronic' which is similar to 'IT') and 'es' is found in the answer.
This may be the basis of the clue (or it may be nonsense).
Can you help me to learn more?
(Other definitions for off-the-shelf that I've seen before include "(Bought) ready made" , "Available, in stock" , "Readily available" , "Ready-made" , "Not specially designed but taken from stock" .)
