Rebuking for stopping (7,2)
I believe the answer is:
pulling up
This could be a double definition.
'rebuking' is the first definition.
Although both the answer and definition are present participle verbs, I cannot see how they can define each other.
'stopping' is the second definition.
(pulling up is a kind of stopping)
'for' is the link.
