(I've seen this in another clue)

'stay at home but resent it' is the wordplay.
I cannot quite see how this works, but
'stay' could be 'keep' (keeping is a kind of staying) and 'keep' is located in the answer.
'at' could be 'in' (synonymous in some cases - eg at school, in school) and 'in' is present in the answer.
'home' could be 'in' (to be in is to be (at) home) and 'in' is located in the answer.
This may be the basis of the clue (or it may be nonsense).
