I believe the answer is:

(I know that repeat can be written as reprise)
'company stand' is the wordplay.
'company' becomes 'rep' (I can't justify this - if you can you should give a lot more credence to this answer).
'stand' becomes 'rise' (I've seen this in another clue).
'rep'+'rise'='REPRISE'
