'sleep' becomes 'rest' (synonyms).
'with' says to put letters next to each other.
'second bourbon' becomes 'o' (end letter of 'bourbon').
'emptying' means to remove the middle letters.
'cask' with its middle taken out is 'ck'.
'rest'+'o'+'ck'='RESTOCK'
