Resolutely uncomplaining, Hillary is not recognised historically (5)
I believe the answer is:
stoic
'resolutely uncomplaining' is the definition.
'stoic' can be an answer for 'uncomplaining' (I've seen this before). I am unsure of the 'resolutely' bit.
I don't understand the rest of the clue.
Can you help me to learn more?
(Other definitions for stoic that I've seen before include "Unemotional" , "Uncomplaining; philosopher" , "Zeno, say" , "the original Zeno?" , "Athenian philosopher" .)
