(I know that dead drop is a type of drop)
'revolutionary closely looked to gather count's hiding' is the wordplay.
I cannot quite understand how this works, but
'count' could be 'add' (adding is a kind of counting) and 'add' is found in the answer.
This explanation may well be incorrect...
