I believe the answer is:

mantra

I'm a little stuck... Click here to teach me more about this clue!

'sacred utterance' is the definition.
(I've seen this before)

'repeated by fellow on beach in ireland' is the wordplay.
I cannot really understand how this works, but
'fellow' could be 'man' (fellow can mean a man) and 'man' is found in the answer.
The remaining letters 'tra' is a valid word which might be clued in a way I don't see.
This may be the basis of the clue (or it may be nonsense).

Can you help me to learn more?

(Other definitions for mantra that I've seen before include "Word or sound to aid meditation" , "Repeated sacred word or words" , "repeating phrase" , "Incantation, Hindu psalm" , "Chanted words" .)

I've seen this clue in The Irish Times.
