I cannot quite understand how this works, but
an anagram of 'tea' is 'eat' which is present in the answer.
an anagram of 'spam' is 'mpas' which is within the left over letters.
'note' could be 'te' (musical note as in do re mi fa so la ti) and 'te' is present in the answer.
This accounts for all the letters.
