See eye-to-eye with board (3,2)
I believe the answer is:
get on
'board' is the definition.
(I know that board can be written as get on)
'see eye-to-eye' is the wordplay.
I cannot really see how this works, but
'see' could be 'get' (I've seen this in another clue) and 'get' is found in the answer.
The remaining letters 'on' is a valid word which might be clued in a way I don't understand.
This may be the basis of the clue (or it may be nonsense).
'with' acts as a link.
Can you help me to learn more?
(Other definitions for get on that I've seen before include "Enjoy harmonious relationship" , "Board (a bus)" , "Make progress or advance in age" , "Board - prosper" , "Make progress or climb aboard" .)
