See Miss Phillips being heavenly? (7)

Ross

I believe the answer is:

elysian

I'm a little stuck... Click here to teach me more about this clue!

'heavenly?' is the definition.
(I've seen this before)

'see miss phillips' is the wordplay.
'see' becomes 'ely' (see is a place with a cathedral - e.g. Ely).
'miss phillips' becomes 'sian' (I am not sure about this - if you are sure you should give a lot more credence to this answer).
'ely'+'sian'='ELYSIAN'

'being' acts as a link.

Can you help me to learn more?

(Other definitions for elysian that I've seen before include "Like paradise" , "of the most beautiful fields" , "Any isle (anag.)" , "glorious" , "Of abode of the blessed dead in Greek mythology" .)

I've seen this clue in The Telegraph.
