Ross

I believe the answer is:

unravel

I'm a little stuck... Click here to teach me more about this clue!

'solve mystery' is the definition.
'unravel' can be an answer for 'solve' (I've seen this in another clue). I'm not sure about the 'mystery' bit.

'greek character upset composer' is the wordplay.
'greek character' becomes 'nu' (letter from the Greek alphabet).
'upset' is a reversal indicator.
'composer' becomes 'Ravel' (Maurice Ravel).
'nu' reversed gives 'un'.
'un'+'ravel'='UNRAVEL'

'where' is the link.

Can you help me to learn more?

(Other definitions for unravel that I've seen before include "Straighten out" , "Sort out" , "Come undone; solve" , "Solve the problem" , "Disentangle knitted wool or solve mystery" .)

I've seen this clue in The Sun.
