honey

'honey' can be an answer for 'darling' (I've seen this in another clue). I am not certain of the 'sort of' bit.
'you can get by the bunch' is the wordplay.
I cannot quite understand how this works, but
'you' could be 'one' (I've seen this before) and 'one' is found within the answer.
This explanation may well be incorrect...
